christmas time is always my time for relationships. dreaming of them and also enjoying the ones i have. when we had our first snow of the season, i was dancing around at the bus stop (most likely to the bemusement of those in the shelter), enjoying the beautiful snowfall, and i had 'that' thought again: "i wish i had..." [fill in the blank] ;)
something about snow and christmas makes me sentimental. watching pride and prejudice thursday didn't help. but back to the first day of snow. i always want to be in love for winter - sparkling snow, bright lights, rosy cheeks. then my invitation came. Jesus whispered "this season is for you and me. i'm in love with you! let's enjoy this season together, you and i."
this is me saying "YES!"

Me too Marcia...me too! You are right it is the season for the great love affair with my Savior!
this is me saying "THAT'S BEAUTIFUL!" My prayer for you is that you feel God's desire for you deeply this season.
I also am crossing my fingers and hoping that when (no matter when the "when" is) a boy does come along, that he'll propose to you in winter. That would make me happy...nevermind you!!!
